Disrupting Discrimination is for anyone who’s ever sensed something was wrong at work but didn’t know what to do next. It’s for employees who feel unseen, unheard or unsure whether what they’re experiencing is “serious enough” to act on. It’s also for advocates, allies and those who have experienced discrimination and want to pass on what they've learned to others.
We exist to support employees, because we believe that no one should have to face discrimination alone.

Yes! Many of the people who come to us know something is off and beleive they're being mistreated, but they're not certain if it's discrimination or if their rights are being violated. We work with you to determine if your conerns y working with us early, you'll be in a position to better understand In these situations, we provide guidance on how to push past the subejctive feedback to uncover the real driver of the disparity in how you're treated. We’re an educational platform focused on helping employee's understand their rights, recognize discrimination, and navigate the steps toward accountability.
We take confidentiality seriously. Any information you share directly with our team during one-on-one consultations is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without your consent.
However, we can’t guarantee confidentiality in live group sessions or within the community platform, since other participants are present. To protect your privacy, you can choose to participate anonymously and control how much personal information you share.
At this time, we’re fully focused on supporting employees. Our mission is to empower individuals to understand their rights, recognize discrimination and take informed, strategic action when something feels off.
In the future, we may collaborate with organizations committed to building fair and accountable workplaces, but right now, our priority is helping employees protect themselves and drive change from the ground up.
Yes. Disrupting Discrimination is a fiscally sponsored project of the Center for Transformative Action, an educational 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is legally and financially responsible for all our activities.
